Full frame or APS-C?
APS-C (Fujifilm X-T5, Nikon Z50 II) is smaller, cheaper glass, still excellent. Full frame is low light and shallow depth. Do not buy full frame 'for the future' if the lenses will bankrupt you.
Should I buy used?
Yes for last-gen bodies. No for shutter-count lottery on a wedding body unless a shop warrants it.
Does a phone replace a camera?
For social and travel snaps, often. For paid work, wildlife, and prints, no.
